The Hu Collection is a contemplative series of unique mixed media artworks, exploring the inner dimensions of Islam. The collection embodies spiritual resonance through richly textured, layered paintings on birch panel. Each creation is devoted to an aspect of the Divine essence. The Hu series is a contemporary visual reflection on Allah’s presence everywhere. It draws inspiration from nature and abstract forms. The paintings are made for soulful individuals seeking spiritual connection. They offer both aesthetic beauty and a pathway to deeper self-awareness.
Each artwork from this series is a unique, handcrafted meditation on one of the 99 Divine Names of Allah (Al Asma’ Al Husna in Arabic). My intention is to eventually paint 99 pieces encompassing all of Allah’s beautiful qualities, forming a cohesive collection of original paintings for collectors. Each painting is infused with deep symbolism, inviting you to pause, reflect, and reconnect.

The Hu Collection invites you to turn your gaze inwards and explore the inner dimensions of what it really means to be human. It gently encourages you to step into a more introspective way of living, knowing that God is always present. Al-Batin is the 76th name of Allah. It means the Hidden or the One who is veiled. Although we don’t see Him, Allah is closer to us than our jugular vein as highlighted in the Holy Quran:
“We indeed created man; and We know what his soul whispers within him, and We are nearer to him than the jugular vein..”
